Returns must be unaltered & unused.  

 

All returns must be pre-authorized by us within 30 days from the shipment date.  They are to be sent postage paid with the original invoice & return authorization number.

 

20% restocking fee on pre-authorized returns after 30 days. 

 

Call tags will be issued for errors due to our mistake.
